"My small Vancouver Strata has engaged VIP Maintenance several times to clean our windows and gutters and also remove moss from the roof. Bryan always shows up quickly to provide a quote and we never have to wait long for the work to be done. This company is very professional, they have all the necessary equipment for a tall house, and they are fully insured through WCB. All the work was completed in one day, but this meant working until into the evening. Our roof is now moss-free and our windows are sparkling clean. We will invite them back again next year.
