Bryan gave me an estimate/proposal a couple years ago. In the end I decided to do some of it myself. However I never completed some of the roof work and moss removal. So this spring I called Bryan come back and give another estimate to complete it. Joel came and did exactly as I requested. House gutters and roof looking great again! Chase from VIP Maintenance just finished doing an excellent job cleaning the gutters on the roof of our home. He was polite and courteous from start to finish, did an excellent job (sparkling clean, efficient, cleaned up after himself), and the price was very reasonable. I had VIP come and wash my windows and in the end the gutters as well. Bryan is a very professional, very thorough and likable. He did an amazing job. It is hard to find tradesmen with such integrity these days. He took care, went back and checked everything over and made sure I had no issues. I would recommend him to all my friends. I used VIP maintenance last year for my widows and gutters and they did an excellent job. Thy even came back a few days later to make sure everything was clean and clear.
